One size fits most. The adjustable Velcro strap wraps to fit comfortably and snugly on virtually any head size — fits approximately 18-25 inches head circumference. The contoured shape rests across the forehead, eyes, and cheeks, and the eye openings let you see, read, or watch TV while you wear it. Reclined, side-lying, or sitting up — it stays put, hands-free.

It couldn’t be simpler:

1. Plug in and put it on.

Connect PressurePause to a USB wall adapter, power bank, laptop, or other compatible USB power source, then place it over your forehead, eyes, and cheeks. Adjust the strap until it feels snug but gentle.

2. Choose your warmth and session.

Press the power button once to turn it on. Press it again to cycle through Low, Medium, and High heat. Use the timer button to select 20, 40, or 60 minutes.

3. Lie back and let it handle the rest.

The timer starts automatically after you choose your setting, and PressurePause shuts off when the session ends. Start on Low your first time, then adjust as needed.

Not intended for sleeping or overnight use

No return is required for approved claims under our 60-Day Comfort Guarantee, so you won’t pay return shipping or need to mail the product anywhere. Once approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, please include a clear photo or short video so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Keeping your PressurePause fresh is simple. Turn it off and unplug it before cleaning, then gently wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth. Never submerge the mask, cable, or controller in water, and allow everything to dry completely before reconnecting it.

When not in use, store PressurePause in a clean, cool, dry place. Keep it flat or loosely rolled, and avoid sharp folds or heavy pressure across the heated area.
